Post No. 31: Government grants to the Domowina - Bund e. V. Lusatian Sorbs
For the remuneration of its employees violated the Domowina - at least temporarily with the knowledge of donors and legal supervision - to the betterment of the funding prohibition law. As a result, so clearly excessive staff costs were funded.
Part of the income and expenditure of the Domowina was not posted. Budget reference and are therefore incomplete.
The funding process for the Foundation for the Sorbian people were also not capable of demonstrating the use of the funds properly.
The Saxon Court calls therefore not eligible to recover the human resources and to examine the recourse. The test of what amounts to be recovered in detail as not eligible for funding additional expenditure is reported by the Saxon State Ministry of Science and Art received but not yet completed.
The Saxon Court called the Foundation for the Sorbian people as donors - yet again - To meet the budgetary and legal requirements for funding.
