Mine Craft is a game in mid-2009 was published. Basically it online in a multiplayer mode and online play as single player. So far there are about this game, the classic version that is free, but is not developed beyond this and the beta version is not free, and this number will receive a monthly update. The whole game consists almost exclusively of boxes, so it also includes a box graphic. With the tools they themselves produced from raw materials such as wood or stone, so now we also manufacture other items. Since this game to function in a circadian rhythm in the night you have to especially watch out zombies and take similar creatures, because otherwise the game can take a quick end. The purpose of the game is not yet known if further, but the real is exploring its 3D landscape which is regenerated at random and the construction of individual buildings.

Renewed UFO sighting .....

.... Sew Be in the house Thurs Slowly the first harbingers of spring are visible here. So I have very quickly one of my winter-UFO's completed, so there will still be worn this winter at least once. Why it has become a UFO? Well, I think history is repeating itself with me always in the same way ... I have started and the jacket was almost finished ...... All what was missing was the belt buckle. Since the belt was relatively wide, I have not found suitable and so the unfinished jacket walked into the closet .... and out of sight out of mind ..... but well that ends well.

Another UFO seen chez Sew Be Thurs You can see the first signs of Spring here. So, I've quickly finished another of my winter-UFO's. So, it can be worn at least once this winter. Why it became in UFO? It seems like history repeating .... I've started the jacket and it was nearly done ... all that was missing was the buckle for the belt. Since the belt is quite big i did not found a nice buckle and so the jacket went into my closet - unfinished. Out of sight, out of mind ...... but now it's done.

As you can see, the jacket even in deepest winter finished ...... down to the belt buckle ..... As you can see
, the jacket was nearly finished in the deepest winter .... except the buckle .....

Description: The pattern is
Burda 01-2010-101. Jacket with large lapels.

sizes:
36-44. I have a stitching 36, but pretty much heraugenommen in width (see changes).

Looks like the sewn garment on the picture or how the technical drawing?
Well, the original cut was actually a lamb fur fabric. I also have one or the other but the change is made. Hence - no more.

Was the manual easy to understand?
I still did not how to use.

What do you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
inspiration was a jacket by Burberry. We chose this cut so primarily because of the shape of the collar.

Applied materials:
2m wool wick Strenesse on Alfatex in olive.

changes to the pattern or the design: I like my clothes
like fitted and snugly, so I've pretty much taken out wide at the waist. In addition, my fabric is probably thinner than the intended material. Altogether there were about 10 cm at the waist and 4cm otherwise (roughly). I also have

made the sleeves narrower. But only from about the elbow. Since then I have taken out about 3-4cm wide and once again cut a good deal.

First I wanted to sew a short jacket. After an initial fitting and the idea that I model a slightly longer one or the other bladder will save in the winter, I then changed her mind about hip-length jacket and made and added a belt.

Would you sew the pattern again? Would you recommend it to others? Whether I would
sew the cut again, I do not know. Probably not, plus there is easy would still have lots of other things that I sew. One I can really recommend highly.

Conclusion:
things come to those who wait * lol * No idea why it took me to complete so eternal. The jacket has become great, fits perfectly into my closet and would have been worn very often determined. Well, I'll try to catch it.

.... and the cuffs. As for me here especially pleased by the way, is the processing of the buttons. The fact have a long family history. And indeed originate from the fund by my grandmother. Which has separated from all the discarded clothing buttons and preserved. And only then were to my mom and now passed down to me. I think it feels good to wear a piece of my grandmother ....

... and finally, a look inside.

Pattern Description:

The pattern is Burda 01-2010-101, a jacket with big lapels.

Pattern Sizing:
36-44. I've made a size 36, but needed to take out a lot of width (see changes descriped below).

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Since the original pattern was made for lambskin and i made some design changes - not really.

Were the instructions easy to follow?
As always, i didn't used them at all.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Source of inspiration for this jacket was a jacket from Burberry. Thus, i've choosen this pattern mainly because of the collar shape.

Fabric Used:
about 2m of woven wool from Strenesse from Alfatex in military green.

Pattern Alterations or any design changes you made:
I like my clothes fitted. Thus, i took in some width at the waist. Futhermore, my fabric is much thinner then the supposed lambskin, so i took also some overall width in. I think it was about 10cm at the waist and 4cm elsewhere (not sure about that, din't made a note).

Additionally, i took in some width from the sleeves, but only below the elbow. It was about 3-4cm. Also i've shortened the sleeves a bit.

My first attempt was to sew a cropped jacket. But i've decided to make it in hip-length and add a wide belt and thus, save myself some serious colds in Winter.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I think i wouldn't sew it again, because there are so many other things i want to sew. But i can truly recommend this pattern.

Conclusion:
Good things come to those who wait *smile* Honestly, i don't know what took me so long to finish it. It's a great jacket, love that style and it fits great in my closet and would have been worn a lot (if finished earlier). I will try to make that up.

.... and of the sleeve belts. What i really enjoy is the use of the buttons. Because they have some history. They are from my grandma's stash. She took off all buttons from discarded clothes and stored them. And her stash was handed button from my grandma to my mum and now to me. I think it is a nice feeling to wear something with such a history .....

... and last but not least, a view inside.
